DevStack AI operates a strict no-refund policy. All purchases — including credit packs and subscription plans — are final. Please review this section carefully before making any purchase.
All purchases made on DevStack AI are strictly non-refundable. By completing a transaction on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued under any circumstance, except as expressly stated in the limited exceptions below.
Credit packs are one-time purchases that are added to your account balance immediately upon successful payment. Credits are consumed each time you use AI-powered features such as generating, editing, modifying, or deploying applications. Once credits are purchased, they are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be moved to another account under any circumstances.
It is your responsibility to review all available plans and credit amounts before making a purchase. We encourage you to start with a smaller pack to test the platform before committing to a larger purchase.
Monthly subscription plans are automatically billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. When you subscribe to a plan, you are committing to the full billing period and you acknowledge that the charge for that period is non-refundable. This applies whether or not you use the credits allocated in that cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your subscription will remain active until then, and no partial refund will be issued for the unused portion of the cycle. Unused credits from a cancelled subscription do not carry over and are forfeited upon cancellation.
Downgrading your plan mid-cycle does not entitle you to a refund of the difference. The change will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
New accounts receive a complimentary credit allowance to explore the platform. These free credits are provided as-is, carry no monetary value, and are not redeemable for cash. Free credits may be modified or discontinued at any time at DevStack AI's sole discretion.
We take the reliability of our platform seriously. In the rare event that a verified technical error on our end causes credits to be deducted incorrectly or prevents access to a paid feature, we may — at our sole discretion — issue a credit restoration to your account. This restoration applies only to the credits directly affected by the verified error and does not constitute a cash refund.
To report a potential platform error, you must contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the incident. Requests submitted after this window will not be reviewed. Please include your account email, a description of the issue, and the approximate date and time it occurred.
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same transaction, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and, if a duplicate charge is confirmed, the excess amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting DevStack AI support is a violation of these terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, including the forfeiture of any unused credits. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us first — most billing concerns can be resolved quickly and fairly without involving your financial institution.
If you have any concerns about a charge, we ask that you contact our support team at [email protected] before initiating any dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues transparently and as quickly as possible.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DevStack AI. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use DevStack AI. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. DevStack AI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. One person may not maintain more than one account without prior written consent from DevStack AI.
DevStack AI is an AI-powered application builder that allows users to generate, edit, preview, and publish web applications by describing them in natural language. The Service includes a live preview environment, a cloud-hosted database, publishing tools, and integration capabilities for third-party services.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Features, pricing, and capabilities may change over time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance.
Access to AI-powered features requires credits. Credits are purchased through the platform and deducted with each AI operation. Prices are listed on the Pricing page and are subject to change with reasonable notice. All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms and conditions in addition to ours. All sales are non-refundable as detailed in Section 1 of this document.
You retain full ownership of all application code and content you generate using the Service. DevStack AI does not claim any rights over your projects, apps, or content. However, you grant DevStack AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and store your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
DevStack AI retains all rights to the platform itself, including but not limited to the AI pipeline, the interface, the codebase, proprietary workflows, and all underlying infrastructure. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the DevStack AI platform without express written permission.
AI-generated code is provided as a starting point and tool to assist your development process. DevStack AI does not warrant that generated code is error-free, production-ready, legally compliant, or fit for any specific purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and validating any code before deploying it in a live environment. DevStack AI accepts no liability for issues arising from the use of AI-generated code in production.
We strive to maintain high uptime and reliability, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. DevStack AI is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from downtime.
DevStack AI allows you to connect third-party services (such as payment processors, email providers, or communication tools) to your generated applications. These integrations are provided for your convenience. DevStack AI is not responsible for the functionality, reliability, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
DevStack AI reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we determine in our sole discretion that your use of the Service poses a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately and any unused credits will be forfeited without compensation.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any unused credits.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. DevStack AI does not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DevStack AI, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — even if DevStack AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to DevStack AI in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DevStack AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may notify you via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction in which DevStack AI operates.
These Terms, together with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy on this page, constitute the entire agreement between you and DevStack AI with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, communications, or understandings.

When you submit a prompt to generate or edit an application, your input is processed by our AI infrastructure to produce the result. We do not use your prompts or generated code to train AI models. Your project content remains private and is not shared with other users or used for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you.
All payment transactions are handled by PayPal, a trusted global payment processor. When you make a purchase, you are redirected to PayPal's secure payment environment. DevStack AI does not receive or store your card number, bank details, or full payment credentials. PayPal's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.
We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and maintain your session across visits. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or analytics cookies from third parties. You may clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings, but doing so will log you out of the platform.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

If you request deletion of your account, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law (such as financial transaction records). Project data you have deleted from your dashboard is removed immediately.
