Install Capacitor in a new project folder:
npm install @capacitor/core @capacitor/cli

Download your store files (Step 2) and copy capacitor.config.json into your project root.

Add the native platform — run npx cap add ios or npx cap add android

Open in Xcode / Android Studio with npx cap open ios or npx cap open android, add your icons, then build & archive.

Submit to the store using the metadata from your downloaded files to fill in your store listing.
